There’s a chance that you can make a mistake when processing payroll manually, which could result in fines from the government.

    Once you have a payroll system in place, it’s not that difficult to keep it running smoothly. You have to pay each employee at least the minimum living wage so that workers can meet their basic needs. You can offer higher salaries to positions you consider more important to attract the best people. Your own pay as a manager is slightly different.
