3 Ways European Businesses are Continuing to Thrive During the Pandemic

The last couple of years haven’t been easy for business owners. The arrival of an unexpected pandemic forced a lot of companies to close their doors during 2020, as they simply couldn’t adapt to a world where face-to-face interactions weren’t possible. Fortunately, there were a handful of European companies that were a little better prepared for this sudden change.

Although the pandemic ultimately affected every company on a global scale, we can look to learn a thing or two from companies that have managed to survive this difficult period. Here are 3 of the ways that companies are thriving during the pandemic.

    Focusing on Comfort and Health

People in the post-pandemic world are set to be more concerned about their health and wellness than ever before. We’re all investing more time and effort into looking after ourselves and making sure that we can remain as safe as possible. With this in mind, companies that focus on comfort and health as part of their sales strategy will continue to attract the attention of a wide audience. In the recent Stiltz Home Lifts defies pandemic press release, the company revealed that it was able to improve its international sales and reach a wider audience during this difficult time. By hiring employees around the world and continuing to focus on the health and wellness needs of customers, Stiltz was able to continue developing a successful community, even in a difficult time.

    Switching to Digital

Another major trend that became crucial during the pandemic, was the rise of digital technology. For a long time now, many companies have been making the shift to online sales and interactions. However, some organizations have been able to move faster than others. Switching to a digital roadmap has helped a variety of companies to continue thriving and making sales, even as offices and physical retail locations shut down. Companies of all sizes have had to reconsider how they can support their customers in a new environment, using digital interactions, instead of face-to-face conversations. If you don’t have a digital strategy in place for connecting with and supporting your target audience, now might be the time for a change.

    Staying Agile

The world changed drastically throughout the first year and a half of the pandemic, but not every change happened all at once. We’re going through a transformation right now that affects every industry and workplace. Companies that want to stay ahead of the curve as we go ahead will need to ensure that they have an agile strategy.

Agile companies will be able to pay attention to their target audience and respond to the changes in their preferences and expectations. To remain agile in the new world, you’ll need a constant stream of feedback from your target market, and the ability to pay attention to what really matters to your customers. Find ways to monitor your client engagement and satisfaction levels and ensure that you’re willing to listen to what customers have to say, even when they’re making complaints.
